☾ Time Length ☽
I am pretty slow when it comes to drawing, but it shouldn't take more than 2 months at maximum to finish your commission.
If it takes longer, I will issue a refund!

1.) If a client requests a commission, it is automatically assumed the client accepts my ToS.

2.) I will only accept payment upfront and will not start until I am paid.
☾✩☽
3.) No refunds or holds can be requested by the client; only I the artist can decide refunds within reason (e.g. if I cannot complete an accepted commission, I will give the client a full or partial refund depending on what work has or has not been completed).

4.) Revisions can only be requested at the sketch and lineart stages and the client is limited to 5 revisions per stage; any more will be charged extra.

5.) The information regarding a commission will include things such as: references, pose & expression, outfit (if needed), and other specific details about what the client wants.

6.) Rude or disrespectful clients will be blocked or blacklisted

7.) I can decline a commission for any reason and I do not owe anyone an explanation; no means no.

8.) WIPs will be provided by stage; if updates are wanted at other times, please contact me to let me know.

9.) Personal use is perfectly fine, however commercial use will require a fee; the amount will depend on the client’s desired use.

10.) My art cannot be used to train AI nor for NFTs.
☾✩☽
11.) The "item" received will be digital only. There will not be a physical item received.

12.) I will likely post your commission to my social media accounts. If you do not want me to do so, please let me know!

13.) If any of my terms of service rules are broken, you will be blocked or blacklisted.
